
Drinking is not something that I personally would recommend, however, I am not naïve and I realize that the majority of people are going to drink. Hopefully, people can realize that drinking can actually be perfectly healthy if done in moderation. This means having a beer on the weekends or maybe a glass of wine after dinner.

Try to limit the ridiculous drinking on New Years and your birthday into a schedule of moderation. This will keep you healthier and save you from that embarrassing night where you can’t quite remember whether you kissed your boss at the office party or a mop in the janitor’s closet. |
